I am a mother of three and live with my husband and children on a coastal organic farm in South Wales, UK. I started making OOAK cloth dolls in 2015 after I had my twins and found myself unable to help with the outdoor tasks on the farm. I have always enjoyed art and sewing and found a way to use both. Being able to spend a little time on various crafts which I can flit in-between has made it an ideal job for me as I have found in the past I got bored quite easily with projects which were often left unfinished!
In the summer of 2015, I entered a doll competition in which I came first. This spurred me on to continue creating dolls and now I have made it into a small business which I can run alongside my farming duties! I make my own creations as well as taking commissions and am now a member of the Professional Art Dolls Guild!
